Been awhile since I was on a 400 but I seem to remember for a 220ish pound rider that the rear was 950 and the forks were .95lbs with 20 or 30w oil. Keep in my I'm slow also sound right?
Racetech's calculator says that you should be running a .955 I am running their springs and cartridge emulators in my FZR400 and they work quite well.
