Well, I for one, just finished reading a book called "Revenge of the Tiger" co-written by Tiger and Clawed Balls.

 

Actually it's not uncommon at all - not only because of the high profile of the people involved, but also to further the investigation.

You have to remember Woods didn't want to speak with investigators after the incident, and they weren't just investigating a motor vehicle accident - there were significant indicators that a domestic dispute occurred before or during the accident causing bodily injury to a 'victim' (Woods). Just because that victim doesn't want to discuss it doesn't mean the investigation stops.

An in-person delivery would allow investigators an opportunity to assess the current condition of the victim and possibly interview them if they changed their mind and decided to cooperate with the investigation.

I have a question? Why would someone get arrested for wreckless driving if there wasn't some extinuating circumstances(ie, DUI)? I would expect them to bring something like that ticket to my house for a similar incident and the media isn't interested in me either.

Hell, I had to speak with Internal Affairs about a bar issue and they were going to drive all the way to my house which is in another county where they have no jurisdiction. Doesn't seem to me that our police mind driving to peoples' homes. Though I'm not sure of their mindset. Just seems that way.

 

It works better if the co-auther is Claude Balls.

not for hitting the tree, but for leaving the scene of an accident...I could be wrong tough. I've hit a light pole in the passed, and I was ticketed for destroying city property but I'm not sure if a tree and a light pole fall under the same category.
