    Got outbid on the new place, so maybe I'll get a couple months of positive cash flow. Found another really cool place with 5 acres, 40x80 barn plus detached 2 car garage, new roof and a bunch of redone stuff in house, BUT..... ONE fucking bathroom! WTF?
