I got the ape manual cam chain tensioner from roth a few weeks ago . I just want to know HOW much tension is correct for the F3 .
Forgive my ignorance this is my first modern racebike .:D

    Tunersricebowl Fog, onward through.

Less than you might think, run it in until you feel it touch the tensioner arm and 1/4 turn more.
If the chain rattles a little, tighten it just enough to quiet the noise.
In fact if you are in doubt, back if off until you hear the chain, then tighten it.
The problem with manual tensioners is that they can get overtightened, wearing the heck out of the guide and tensioner rails.

That's the main thing I DON'T want to do is overdo the tension .
    THANKS
