Bought a 95 900SS CR from a storage unit auction but the storage unit owner failed to do the work to title the bike. My goal was to use this as a street bike but now it seems next to impossible to get a title. Is there a class that this bike would be competitive in if it was turned into a track bike or would I be better off parting this thing out? Any advice would be appreciated! Matthew
Have you contacted your local DMV to see if there is anyway to get a title? Most states have a way to get you a title in situations like yours.
Yes I did. Here in TN there were several steps that needed to be taken prior to the sale in order for the bike to be titled that were not addressed.
