I'm about to do the Racetech installation of emulators and springs in stock SV forks and was thinking about drilling and tapping drain holes while I'm at it.
    Any thoughts?

I wanted to do it also... but was advised against it by more than one person. Seems even the factory one's leak after a lot of use.

Which "factory" ones are you refering to? I didn't think any SVs had drain holes.

I meant other bikes that had them...

I would think that if you did it cleanly, and used copper washers for sealing, it could be done right. Of course they would have to be safetied as well. I'd like to hear Max's opinion on this.
