I'm setting up my ZX10 for the track. Do I need to disconnect the ABS? I don't need it for the track, and the bike I race doesn't have it. The Ninja will see street duty too, though, and I would rather not go thru the hassle of swapping fuses or whatever if I don't need to.
Need to disable it? That's up to you to decide. I've run off the track a few times and it was nice to have a rear brake that worked when the wheel was skidding. I've ridden a 2015 zx10 with ABS and I didn't like it when the ABS would activate when braking on bumpy pavement. Here's one way to deactivate the ABS: http://www.rogueracing.org/zx10r/abs.htm
