It's obvious the party wants to continue Mission Creep and hide communism longer by silencing the Bern. So they will likely screw him again. I could see Capt. Commie run as an independent. Bernie and pretty much everyone else running for the Democratic nomination have already declared they will support whoever the Democratic nominee is because the #1 thing they all have in common is they want Trump out of the White House.
