You know what's even one more level of insanity in all of this? "Collusion" is not even a crime...just think about that for a minute.

 

The interesting thing is those being sued can file for discovery (think that is the correct term). So file for the server that was only touched by an outside party (no law enforcement). They question people under oath. The Trump people could totally gut them on information.

 

What's funny is that is WHY they are filing. They are hoping to "get" Trump on anything they can under discovery. His team can do the same, the idiots don't think things through.

 

The other thing I wonder is whether it has to stay in NY. Seems like a chosen venue but also seems like the campaign was nationwide so jurisdiction? Not sure but instinct says it is something you could screw with them on.

 

There is just sooo much dirt that the dems were doing during the last election. You would think they wouldn't want it highlighted again before the elections...plus seriously....do they really think they have a chance in hell of winning anything? Damn this is so ridiculous it's funny...
