Interesting that they are not allowing tires to be changed until fueling is done.

 

Can the rider remount the bike after fueling? As in be on the bike while tire change is happening?

 

I was thinking Gobert had a fuel cap issue... not fuel dumped from the can... Am I mistaken? I thought he took off and the fuel splashed from the actual fuel tank. Refresh my memory.
