2011 33 week. How do I tell compound? The front has a medium label. The rear is missing a label. Green stripe medium?

should have a 4 digit number on it.

 

5572 on the rear
5119 on the front

The compound is the 4 digit code stamped on the (left?) side of the tire for the 211 ntec's.
