For sure no. The two people I know who have had Wuhan both required oxygen therapy but no vent. Both went to the ICU at one point. Both have recovered now.

That doesn't matter a great deal to me with respect to the purpose of my watching the data, unless they take an unexplained hard left or hard right turn midstream in terms of the methodology of reporting, thereby throwing everything into chaos. There are a bunch of anomalies in the data, hunt them down, assign them weight, interpret as you see fit. For example, the number for Beaver County, number 20 on the PA county list, is no longer "in line" with the reporting methodology of other counties, as there is a single facility, the Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, where they have deemed everyone presumptive positive there, residents and workers, and are no longer counting them. I am sure there are many such anomalies across the country.
