Look. The facts are that I'm fighting 2 2nd degree aggravated assault charges with enhancements and one cout of felony mayhem.

That's all I'm going to say other than I am innocent.

I will however talk about life in jail with only 4 hours out of my cell per week... Talk about an exercise in the art of zen meditation! Shit was mentally taxing. I had the craziest panic attack when I walked out of the jail. I'm still having really bad anxiety and chest pain. Lockdown in salt lake county is gnarly. They're absolute cocksuckers

On the bright side I am now well read in neuroscience, molecular & cell biology, war strategy, and have discovered why people are obsessed with Patterson novels

 

What about any of those charges prompted 23 hours/day solitary in max????
