Last time I raced Clubman at VIR there were 2 bikes on the grid. Any chance next weekend might have a few more participants? I'll be racing my 40 year old yamaha. Come out and play!!!
Sorry, will not be there despite being the closest track to my home. I kind of gave up on Clubman this year, focusing on Vintage stuff. Sure wish there was vintage at VIR!
I'm in for both days on the 250 so long as I don't crash too hard at the Cmra races this weekend. Vir looks fun for small bikes!
I'm in both days. HW twins SS & SB, and A Superbike. Making the trek from Florida. I'm 90% in for the Friday track day as well.
Clubman needs to get pumped back up. Attendance is way down compared to a few years back when Jason, William, me, Kurt, and others were much involved. Wish I had my old Clubman bike back. Shoulda kept it. Used to run Clubman, V5 and DSB. Made for a great weekend of racing for me.
Go figure....one hour after I post this, my boss texts me to say "I finally got you a tasting at that PITA account that's been blowing you off!" Guess what the date is? Aug 1st!!! Oh well.... At least i'll be there Sunday. Don't think I'll be able to hang with a Panigale on my little rd, but I'll give it my best shot!
Excuse my ignorance and lack of research reading the rule book... but what bikes are typically legal for clubman? I might have a contraption laying around.
