Not the fuzzy annoying ones, the converters. As part of my job, I keep up with our fleet, vans, pickups, and even a Prius. The catalytic converter thefts are crazy around Atlanta so I am tasked with trying to protect our trucks form the thieves. Does anyone have experience with some of the anti theft devices for cats? I have looked at the Cat Cage and also the plates but don't know which would be more effective. The cage looks like it may slow them down but not stop them totally. Ideas?
Thanks to lawyers, loose dogs on a property are a liability. Securing your fleet in a locked building is the best defense.
Rottweiler was my first thought but the boss's wife is a lawyer and she said no way. I wish we had room but no way to keep everything inside.
Motion activated flame throwers would probably take care of it in short order. Some mother fuckers just need to die.
No...you are not allowed to do so not because of lawyers but because of the lawyers that would actually represent an individual that was sneaking onto you property to steal shit but got his ass eaten by a big dog.
Yep, that's true. Or if someone "wanders onto your property accidentally" and get's their ass eaten up by a big dog, you get sued because you didn't want to get ripped off.
"But Officer I was just trespassing with intent to commit grand larceny when out of nowhere I was victimized by a dog owned by the guy I was attempting to rip off...I'm gonna sue his ass and own this place so I won't have to steal from it." Bottom feeders.
I thought about just welding a piece of chain to the cat and then to the frame. I'm not a welder so not sure if that's possible but it would at least stop the quickie grab. Probably make a helluva a lot of racket though when driving.
