    Hang a mirror on the wall across the room is all I got. If you can’t figure out how to run some coaxial cable up and over the room hen I got nothin for ya.

    Run the coax around the baseboard, if you've got wall to wall you may even have enough room to tuck it under the baseboard.

    Drill a hole in the floor, run it through the frame rails and over the axles the another hole where the tv will be.
