I don't think black bear is all that tasty. I have had it a number of times fixed in a variety of ways. At best it is very ok and at its worst, the dogs wouldn't eat it. One that has been eating blueberries is the OK kind one that has been eating fish is the awful kind. I can only imagine how a garbage eating bear tastes. They do have nice hides, but I generally don't kill things just for the trophy aspect. A bear which has become acclimatized to humans needs to be relocated before it has to be destroyed. Once they have sampled the good life, they unwilling to move along.

 

How was the “very ok” bear prepared?

 

Do you like shrimp, flounder, crab, pork? Garbage is what they eat.

 

Don’t forget that nasty azz chicken.
