Yeah, forgot about that one. Every time I watch it, I see something else that I missed before (we play on that lake).

Does an action movie require Action Jackson to be in it?

Or just any movie with Carl Weathers?

IMDB classifies it as "Action, Crime, Drama" so maybe it qualifies...

Regardless, a very good movie and one of my all-time favorites,

    Sicario

I know it's not old and certainly not a classic, but has anyone seen The Hitman's Bodyguard? I like Samuel Jackson and he was at his best in this one.

I'm going to say Inception. I can watch that movie over and over. Sicario was amazing too but I just can't watch it repeatedly like I can Inception.

I have had to suffer through countless terrible movies chosen by the hand of a woman.

Headphones and a good book. It is the only way to survive Oprah.

Kevin Costner was a better Wyatt Earp but Val Kilmer was a better Doc Holiday.

I understood more than I thought I should, it was a bit scary :D

I need to watch it again, one of the few I love seeing repeatedly. About time for another Blues Brothers viewing as well.

Not my favorite currently, but I think the recent Mad Max: Fury Road film is really going to hold its own over the next few decades.

I'm just such a huge fan of action movies that rely on real stunts and practical effects. It is a nearly lost art in the realm of computed imagery.

Fury Road just does that sooooooo well......and so relentlessly.

It didn't hit me the same way it did for everyone else I know. I just didn't really care about the main characters except for Furiosa.
