I turned a gas oven into a pizza oven that would rival a Bakers Pride.
I have hundreds of pictures of the pizzas I’ve made while pursuing a brand for them.
NYCs, Chicagos, Sicilians, Detroit’s, Staten Islands, and I grew my own yeast culture over number years.

The Italian oven makers bring their ovens and chiefs from all over Italy and make tables full of Neo pizza. Yea you went to one place and had one pizza. I have to agree the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life was a margarita pizza in Naples Italy.

There are some places here is S Cal that have a decent copy, but still not as good. In Naples they were under 5 euros too, out here they are $15-23 depending on the place.

Well actually I've eaten over 1,000 pizzas in Italy, from Bozen to Palermo, so I think I know a little bit about them. But you keep going to the appliance shows at convention centers and tell us all about it.
