Going on something like day 5 or 6 now. They're hand writing receipts down at City Hall for taxes, water bills.... Whatever. And telling people to keep the receipts incase. Wow. Cash or money orders only. I thought it was just something little. I tried to pay a speed camera ticket today and got this message on the website. Lol. Seriously, you're trying to get a ransom from Baltimore City. I could see DC. Boston. Pittsburgh. But you might as well try that in Detroit. This place is a wreck. They just swore in the new mayor I think on Friday. Lol.
