Ah the four ring circus

 

My grandmother had a Russian-made, Cold War Lada of almost the same color. Big squishy brown seats, proper choke start and a rag handy for defrosting. I learned to drive stick on that four-speed beast.

 

My first car was a diarrhea colored 1978 Lada 1500. Basically a Fiat 124 built in Russia. Pretty solid car actually but I guess it has to be to hold up to Russian roads
