I'll believe it when i see it. I think it's fucking stupid anyway. Give everyone the same amount no matter their income level or don't do anything. It makes no sense to do it based on income. They don't know what bills people have to pay or any shit like that. Someone that makes 100k a year might have a lot more responsibility and bills to pay than someone who works at McDonald and lives with their parents.
