Depends on the color. Some quarts can be up to a buck fiddy. Basic whites, blacks and silvers can be as low as $35 a quart. Thus these are the ground colors and won't have to use as much of the expensive color to cover. Honestly I could do a sprinter in a few days for about 500 in materials. The labor cost would depend on quality
I wouldn't want it show quality, just better than Ducote's carb tuning. Also, who can cut a couple of huge vinyl stickers that say "Broome's Dirt Cheap Septic Tank Service" with his phone number?
Three word respons. PAINT AND PEEL..... Id rather paint it myself with runs and bugs in the paint lol...
I'd do it single stage if you're not doing a metallic color. We paint commercial vehicles at my shop and majority get done single stage. PPG Commercial line kicks ass. Painted the Tampa buses 8 years ago with it and they still look great. To do a Sprinter white i'd say $2500
Not knowing what's actually in the can would be my problem. I'd rather go to a local, known, paint store.
I don't wanna study the MSDS sheet, I just wanna cover up my bondo and fiberglass and make it look decent.. and that ebay stuff worked great for me.
Guess it works fine for what you want but i wouldn't paint my car or anyone elses car with it. I'll stick with my paint store
