Halos diminish with time. I had them for a year after my surgery but now I'm back to normal.

 

Cataracts, both eyes.

 

Luckily, they do miracles with cataracts these days. I remember my mother's mother going through hell with those for years and going through surgeries with only so-so results.
My mother had cataract surgery a few years ago and now has near-perfect vision. No more glasses after wearing them since age 6.

 

Hoping this gets you back behind the wheel and making some $$$, Sir.

 

And ya know, if you got yearly eye exams, they probably would have caught it long before now.
