Cincinnati Police Officer Sonny Kim was killed in the line of duty at approximately 9 am this morning. Officer Kim, 48 years old and a 27 year veteran of CPD leaves behind three sons and a wife according to news reports. He was serving an arrest warrant when the incident occurred. The suspect was killed by fellow officers. What a tough, tough Father's Day it will be for the family. Blue lives matter!
Turns out it was a murder/suicide by cop. Shooter called in fake 911 calls and ambushed the first officer on the scene. To add even more crazy to the story his mother was present and witnessed the whole thing. All over tonights local news. they played the 911 calls as well as the communications by the officers and dispatchers.
