Good eve ladies and gentlemen. Just trying to get a feedback as to what needs to be done to these bikes for them to be “ race ready”. Suspension types, exhaust, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
There are threads here to search for Ninja set up for their 250/300's etc. Surprised nobody has chimed in to help. Good luck.
400 is a good bit different from the 250/300’s Set up for trackdays or racing? At a minimum sticky tires, tape the lights, pull the mirrors and ride it. Otherwise read the rule book for the org you want to race with.

ive ridden a near bone stock 400 with OEM tires at Laguna. race bodywork and maybe rear sets, thats it. it was good enough to pwn B group riders at will. itd still be fun to race even in that trim.
That looks like a ton of fun. I would love to ride one of those and see how it is. I would probably like racing it, but I would be at a huge disadvantage because of my size.
