2008 Honda CBR 1000RR Race/Track Bike Only, not legal for street

2008 Honda CBR 1000RR Race/Track Bike Only, not legal for street. Recently refreshed motor built by Evan Steel Performance in Tucson, superstock build and very strong. Complete Ohlins suspension also recently refreshed by ESP, dyno at 178 HP on race gas, 174 HP on AvGas. Has all the best gear with fresh paint on the bodywork. This bike is in excellent condition, very fresh, very clean and quality maintained. Mechanicals are not a question mark due to recent refresh, thus just head for the track and throw a leg over it, no worries. This bike does not have a title, but a track bike does not need a title and you do not have to get insurance on it. I have run a CHECKUPVIN report (see pics) and it has no issues. I have an AZ DMV notarized sales receipt form the last owner and the new owner will get a copy of that and another notarized DMV receipt from me.
