1st tz125 full engine rebuild. Help appreciated

Yeah. We're moving again in January and I've been toating multiple bikes around for a while now.
I've got:
Goldwing
R1
gsxr600 race
tz125
MZTS150
and that's after I've sold maybe 5 in the last several months.
I'm gonna empty the stable and start fresh once we get settled.
Plus, I know I'm not going to have time to race for a while.
On top of all of that, we were paying $1000 a month for storage, and the wife sold about $30k worth of her furniture, so the pile of bikes is a frequent topic.
