They're cruising the city, none of it is really high speed. I've used the Zuma downtown and it's great.
but you're a law abiding citizen! Outlaws should not be on anything less than 125cc 2T dirty bikes! Id be impressed if they wrangled up some KTMs. The quad guys... ugh. They should get harsh no license sentences! Also if they are clipping these units... I dont see any side by sides represented?
Well, some might think that those groms and scooters are what was available to be stolen and you gotta ride what you got. I personally think they were legally purchased, insured and titled and they made a wrong turn and just followed what they thought was a group that were legally riding dual purpose motorcycles and that they might be able to give them directions but I have been wrong once or twice in my life.
