09 r6 fork setup.

    I'm getting my new to me r6 sorted and do plan on going with cartridges etc, but does anyone have a good baseline for the stock forks?
    Oil weight and height?
    Height in the triples?
    I'm 180 without gear

    Are you installing the cartridges yourself? Which cartridge?

    Oh sorry I meant no cartridges yet, just doing oil and forks seals right now. And was looking for a place to start
