How the hell do you remove the washer with the two 0 0 that hold the stock shift lever in place. I do not know the name of the tool that would allow me to remove that washer. Does anyone know the name of the tool? Any other way to remove that washer? I'm trying to put my vortex rearsets on.
This brings up a subject, I think I have seen here. the cir-clip groove is not very deep and the clip can fall off easliy. Simply drill, and tap the end of the spigot and put a washer and bolt on the end to prevent a failure.
just make sure before you go back to install it you kinda pinch together the clip to kinda make it tighter so wont fall off
