    Two questions;

    1) ballpark gearing '04 - '05 GSXR750 SS for VIR?

    2) How to disable "Tip Over Sensor?"

    Thanks

    BMWHP Good beer eh?

    Here's your tip-over-sensor, it's under the rear section of the tank

    Mark it somehow so you now the original orientation and then open it up using a very small screw driver to unlock the snap clips

    Use some RTV silicone to cement the poles on the rocker/magnet in place.

    Has anyone had any problem with the 04 sensor? Mine has been fine and I was happy to have it kill the engine for me after I crashed. It's a much more sophisticated design than the earlier one...

    There was an accident at Tally last year where someone had a highside, but saved it. The sensor killed the engine and guy was hit from behind before he could restart the bike. Probably more his fault since he didn't get off the race line when his bike died. I think he fixed the sensor after that.
