    Sabre699 Wait...hold my beer.

Was in Gallatin Tn. for the last one.
Dirt biking today and I'll probably get 70% here in No. Fl.
Good luck driving to all who ventured out for this one.

    Be safe.

we bailed and said fuck those nut jobs. Left last Wednesday and landed in Panama City Florida till tomorrow morning. We are in prime spot at home and I wasn’t dealing with all those nut jobs. Down here has been dead all week. It’s been great.

    It was pretty good.

There's a yuuuuuuge prominence sticking out of the shadow at ~ 6 o'clock.

Sun is pretty close to solar maximum, so the corona was way bigger than the one in 2017.

My office is right outside the airport here in Indy. It was pretty cool overall.

They said it would be crazy here in Indy too. It actually reminded me of Covid. There wasn't a soul on the road other than truck drivers.

Pretty cloudy here but still got a glimpse. Very cool experience! Totality really is night and day from any kind of partial coverage.

That was the craziest part. You see just the barest sliver of sun, but its still bright out.

I had light clouds but could see good. Stopped and watched it with my welding helmet, mostly because I may not be here for the next one. Noticed all the birds got silent when it got dark.

Same here in Cincy, got dark and quiet for about 10 mins. Sky was clear and it got to just a sliver of sun showing not totality but 95% or so.
