He’s a darned good coach. But like historically Baltimore cannot pick receivers. Their Achilles heel is the qb position. He inherited Ben from Cowher. It’s very much like the Bill/Tom relationship in some ways.

Unless he finds a new Ben. They’re probably destined for 9-8ish years in perpetuity. And that’s a hell of a coaching job to get that many wins out of a 1 player roster with 52 practice squad players.
