The only piss in match is the team that barely squeaked past the second best team in the SEC vs the team that barely squeaked past what might be the third best team in the SEC next year. Neither of the teams tonight could hold up to Georgia when they actually show up. Bama beat them on the field, sure, but 98.6% of the time Georgia stomps a mudhole in them. As they say, we'll be looking forward to next year. Let the two poseurs play for the asterisk tonight.

I normally don't comment on this stuff, only once in this thread I think.... Go soak your head in a coinstar or something... Your team of boys didn't make it, quit your bitching. Same for the rabid UM fans, SEC fans, or anybody else. Let these "kids" play the game and move on. Best option in this scenario would have been if Michigan and Washington would have met in the Rose Bowl - would have been a storybook ending for the original PAC-10/Big10 rivalry, with two teams/fanbases who have had a love/hate relationship over the years.
Turning out to be a good game when it looked like was going to be a blowout... lets hope the 2nd half is as entertaining.

And against their arch rival which team has won the last 3 games in a row? Which team just won the last game of the season by 3 touchdowns?
