I didn't remember there being lakes so close to the track.

 

That's been for sale for years I thought. Pretty sure they were looking for $7-8 million.

It’s alleged, by the local yocals, the place was priced to take advantage of one or two wealthy West Michigan pyramid scheme families that enjoy ripping around there on occasion. Clearly, they ain’t buyin’.

 

Why buy when you can rent it whenever you want, and not have the hassles of actually owning it?

 

Get it Jeff! I always liked going there . Definitely top 5 fun tracks to ride. It was worth the 22 hour drive.

 

Because if you own it , you can do whatever you want!!

With the expansion of western Michigan I would think it's not going to sell fast. And as the expansion continues the track may face larger complaints in the next 5 years from homes getting closer and closer.
