Skilled trades. Guys in the homes I'm in are $50 to $80 an hour and up for stone or wood floors, high end paint and faux paint, stairs, wrought iron and wallpaper. One electrician buddy is a straight $100 an hour and $75 for his helper. All licensed, insured self employed craftsmen. 5 years ago most were about half what they are now and 'rona really helped when everyone started remodeling when they had to work from home every day.
