All I have to discuss is this: the motorcycle scenes in this movie make Biker Boyz and Torque look like cinematic masterpieces. That is all.
I remember watching it on a flight late last year and thinking to myself......this dumpster fire spawned from a semi-low budget flick about kids in SoCal street racing old import cars.
The F&F franchise characters are less characters than they are caricatures, anymore. They are essentially superheroes, and nothing in these films is ever going to have even the slightest bit of a toe dipped in reality, as every movie has to out-do the previous in ridiculousness.
I couldn't stomach 20 minutes of the movie. Had to shut it off, and I'm not opposed to action movies that aren't believable.
I’ll give credit to a few funny AF one line zingers. Mike Oxmaul? I go by Michael. Not everyone has hobbit legs like you.
I just couldn't get into it. And I very rarely turn off action movies even if I don't like them. Maybe I was in a funky mood. Idk.
I don't get how they get the motorcycle engines so wrong in movies. I also have never heard of a 20 speed gearbox. They sure love shifting up like that never-ending clip full of bullets.
My favorite is when they put 2 stroke dirt bike sounds on a 4 stroke. Really bothers the shit out of me in movies
I got maybe 5 minutes into it (started about mid movie) and I had to switch it off. It hurt my head and soul.
