Just bought 3 pair of Duluth pants today. A pair of fleece lined fire hose for walking the dog in the cold, and 2 pair of ballroom jeans. All for $150. That 25% off is solid. And the pants are all ridiculously comfortable.
OK, went to Duluth and their Ballroom jeans are too tight so passed on them, Went to Old Navy and we have a winner. Didn't like the color but found what I wanted on their website so ordered up 3 pairs. We also stopped at DXL and was nice to be told that I was ONLY a 40 waist. It was nice to be the "skinny" guy in the store. They had a Nautica brand that fit but didn't like the color either. They looked like they were dirty sitting on the shelf but my wife said that was the style. I just want some plain ol blue jeans that fit and nothing fancy. I know, be quiet old man and get off my lawn!
I’ll second Old Navy and add American Eagle. Their QC is shit though so you’ve got to try on and inspect every pair you buy, otherwise you’ll get home and one leg’ll be longer than the other, a leg will be twisted, a button will be sewn on wrong, or they’ll be sized incorrectly.
maybe the last pair of Levis 560 still new with tags on planet earth: https://www.ebay.com/itm/333490900215 lol
Can anyone else confirm this or have tried these? I am considering checking them out sounds cool but dont know about the hidden gausset thing or however you spell that word.
I'm sold on Carhart carpenter pants. They wear like iron. I get 3 years on a pair vs 1 year on jeans.
I have a wide add and big thighs, wrangler relaxed fit is what i wear. Duluth firehose for work pants, even if they seem too tight when you put them on,10min or so they loosen up.
I guess I'm cheap. I'll find new jeans at the thrift store for $10. I'll buy Levi from there and I get the 550s. They fit big quads if I want a baggy feel or I am dressing in layers, but I think Wrangler actually fit better. I'm not sure that I qualify as a big guy though 6'2 220 with a 34/36 waist and 34 length. My problem is dress shirts. 19 inch neck 38/39 sleeve with a 48 chest. Even Athletic cut is huge in the mid section
I buy Lucky jeans on eBay used for $15-$35. I know they fit, I know they're comfortable and I prefer a boot cut. 30 X 30
I have seen this trend for a while. But tight or form fitting pants aren’t my thing. It makes me wonder if we are moving to the gender neutral/fluid society.
More like the zero sperm count cull the idiots from the gene pool society. God I love today’s fashions.
