You might want to try reading what I’ve actually said. I haven’t claimed any such thing, nor have I provided you any links. On top of that, Snack stated it first, with no evidence to back it up, and you jumped in in support of him. So, going by your own “rules of engagement” there, still on your side to prove it’s the R’s playing the game most. Try again.

So you are confirming my belief, both parties do it and both benefit from it.

Republicans control the vast majority of state houses for sometime now, guess who draws redistracting lines...

    What else you got?

Now that we've handled the big stuff (ahem), it is interesting to note that SCOTUS has largely stayed out of it.

In a complete vacuum? Yes both parties do it and benefit from it. Luckily, we have air to breathe where we live, and republicans do it far more. Even if the split is 80-20, or 60-40, technically "both parties do it" but that's not being honest.
Here is a good overview of the math behind it, and how it is done.

Yeah and I think the new push is for independent redistricting commissions in every state. Colorado just approved it.

Sadly, if there is no such thing as an impartial judge, there certainly wont be a such thing as an impartial commission.

The dems will win this battle because they fight dirty, together, and without a desire to lose.
Republicans however are experts as snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

I am still convinced we are guaranteed a Macron/Trudeau/Herr Merkel globalist cuck government by 2024, never to return to sanity.

That's a good read from a decent source. Thank you.

So we have one side gerrymandering and suppressing votes and the other side submitting votes of the infirm, mentally ill, and dead.

    We are truly fucked folks.

Once the Dems retake the Presidency (if Trump hasn't cleaned house and I think he's waited far too long to get it done now) they will not let it be taken from them again. They got overly-confident and fucked up with Trump, but they won't make that mistake twice.

There are VERY few politicians whose character is not slime. Trump's is a different style I agree but to say Senator Shelby has good character  So I judge Trump on his impact to my freedoms and finances (in that order). He is the best since Reagan in my lifetime.

Knowing that higher education is predominantly left leaning I would question the impartiality of the study and would like to know where their funding came from though.

Ya, I just want to know which way they manipulated their numbers to appease which donor.

The more educated the county, the more they voted against trump. Wonder if that means anything...
Read statistics from exit polls here: https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/education-not-income-predicted-who-would-vote-for-trump/

Rural, poorly educated counties stay red.

Education does not equal common sense or pragmatism, there are plenty of college graduates that are dumb as shit and just follow what they are told.

Dunno man, you're comparing something that absolutely happened in Cali to an allegation in one district in NC...

We all get it, you hate Trump. And, I find it laughable again your excuse for doing so. He banged a porn star. I don’t know that for sure, neither do you. Only one side of that story has ever been told. Even if he did, what ever. He bad mouthed a political adversary. Well just damned, like that ain’t ever happened before.

Btw, next time you visit the Doc, ask about low T, you show symptoms.

If you think that behavior out of him is helping the Republicans and conservative causes good for you. You’re wrong though.

:crackup:Wow, you just got in to the running for "pompous cunt of the day" with that comment. Good job!:Poke:
It could have something to do with a sense of entitlement that seems to come with higher education and that they are hoping a Bernie comes along to forgive their gigantic student loans they took out for a meaningless degree that they are not using? Democrats seem to enjoy spouting unrealistic nonsense that appeals to idealistic academics that only occasionally dabble in the real world.
