Internet hoax or real deal? It seems like the same thing was going around last year and/or year before and there was no violence.
Aren't permits required for large assemblies in public? Did they secure enough portable toilets, do they expect businesses to allow free use of their facilities or will they just piss in the streets, alleys and bushes? Do they have a coordinated plan with emergency services? Do emergency services know what to expect in terms of numbers and do they have a plan for negotiating their vehicles through the crowd? What about law enforcement? Should their presence be one of teams that can back each other up or just the reassuring presence of solitary beat walkers? Best question, if none of the above has been properly addressed, is there an available garbage truck fleet equipped with front end loaders?
