Yes. Racetech usually ships them with a piece of aluminum pipe, but otherwise you can use PVC.
why do you want a larger rear tire?
I buy my seal kits from the local dealer. If you have an air compressor, SV brake rebuilds are stupid easy. Dont forget to lube the slider pins.

You shouldnt have to bleed brakes that often on an SV, especially with Motul. Rebuild the calipers (seal kits are ~$20) and brake less :)
