I’m going to watch and record the Superbike race on MAVTV. MAVTV is also televising the Supersport race but the MotoAmerica “how to watch” page says it will be televised on MAVTV “delayed.” But no time is given when they’ll air it. There’s no mention of this on Cycle News’ TV listings either. Does anyone know what day/time these Supersport races will eventually air? I can’t seem to find any mention of it and haven’t been able to in the past either, so I haven’t seen any Supersport races all year.
afaik the only thing that cancels a lap at the ridge is missing the chicane right after the start/finish line. if you do a lap, cross S/F, and then miss the chicane, both the lap you just finished and the lap you just started get canceled.
Am I the only one who thinks the BTR (Build Train Race) should be the BTB (Build Train Bore). Slow bikes being ridden slowly just do not get it for me. I know women in the sport and all but damn. "edit" I would have loved to watch stock 1000 instead.
I think the penalty for Rocco was kinda BS. I don't see how he could have safely slowed down enough to have avoided passing that slow lapper.
It is bullshit, the guy was coasting. I guess Rocco was suppose to slam on the brakes and follow the guy until the next corner that showed the green flag, losing his lead. Once again, the letter of the law fucks Robem. Also, for 2023, it's non appealable. Last year it was.
How so?? There was a waving yellow at start finish before he passed it. Don’t get me wrong I like Rocco, but it was clear there was a waving yellow.
Exactly . And if the he was passed by following riders before the green flag, they would have been penalized also .
I'm about done watching supersport. That Ducati obviously has a huge advantage over the rest of the field. GTFO with that balanced performance bullshit.
