don’t know how you could go back to store bought... im sure LA isn’t as easy but lots of organic beef ranchers to buy from in many areas... venison is always my preference... fresh fish too... we’d all be better off sourcing foods from individuals or hunters, either ourselves or Amish etc.., for lots of reasons both health and economic.

Did you try flipping it after bout 15 min and rearrange to put the outside pieces on the inside? Also, convection or regular? I go with 375 on convection.
