Looks done to me. Place all of that on toast, mayo on one piece of bread, peanut butter on the other, piece of cheese! Save the lettuce and tomato for a salad.
This batch was a little weird looking. The fat strips look like they needed more cooking but they really were cooked well and crispy. Im more used to them just disappearing altogether. Maybe its the cut of meat, maybe it was because I pulled em out of the oven halfway to rearrange em on the pan.
