Huge Tarantino fan. Very few movies imho are better the 2nd time you watch it. Most of his fit that description. Hateful 8 is probably the best example because the long period of nothing going on is actually sprinkled with clues on what will happen. It's fascinating once you know what does happen. "Once upon a time" is much better if you know the real Manson-Tate story. And yes it pulls together at the end.
Not sure how you can leave NBK out of the top ten. Haven't seen a few of those though so I'll have to check out Death Proof. I'd put Inglorious Bastards at the top myself followed closely by Pulp Fiction.
What's NBK? Anyway, I believe he's only directed 10 movies. So nothing can be left out of the top 10.
Well NBK is Natural Born Killers and apparently I got my directors of twisted movies mixed up as that was directed by Oliver Stone. For some reason I always thought it was Tarantino.
