"“Honestly, racing in America, I would not turn away completely,” he said at Misano. “But from what I have heard the factories are pulling out at the end of this year, and I don’t know the longevity of that series. I do not think that is a very good possibility but that be the most extreme – me actually racing for a championship in America." Interesting......
Ok, so both Yamaha and Suzuki are leaving MA after this season? And I like Ben a lot but I found this interview a little annoying.
Not Suzuki but hasn't Yamaha said they are? Or was that just the 600's last year? It all runs together after a while. Why would the interview be annoying?
The interveiw is too long to consist only of "let's see" and "don't know". He knows is he still has it or not and if he's healthy enough or not. That's about it
Seems clear he isn't interested in a half-assed attempt either on his part or any team. Come correct or not at all. The mention of interest in the endurance rounds is news though. Love to see that happen!
2020 MotoAmerica Series... Sponsored by STG and Saran Wrap! Sorry I can’t let that shit go... Love ya Van!
Yeah, realistically there's only 2 factory teams in the paddock anyway (granted they are the 2 best teams).
