Its a tractor on a farm road, thats normal. a bike going 150 on a road is not. Thats why he has grass in his fairings, he managed to stay upright, good for him, hopefully a lesson learned

You know, it only takes about 80mph for a person to get split in half hitting something. Case and point a Kawi 636 ran from another agency and the rider and bike struck a telephone pole in our jurisdiction. Yep, it was an accident reconstruction job.

At 140mph, a Lexus sedan struck an abutment to the elevated train in our town. The Lexus was split at the A pillar. The motor was found 100 yards away. The driver and front passenger were both decapitated.

This was not a blind anything. When I started the run, he was in the field.
As I'm in 4th, he's turning on to the road, crossing the empty lane and taking up the whole toad as he turns left, going my direction. I went past his front and off the little 2 lane asphalt, (no curbs out there ;-)
I feel he could have waited a few more seconds before essentially running me off the road. And Yes, I was hauling ass at that point. I didn't have enough room to stop, and took it 'off road'.
Oh well, I was lucky, etc. This won't happen again, I can assure you.
