Netflix. What to watch?

Let me know what you think when you've finished watching all of them. It was prounounced "Clew" as "Ll" is spoken as a "chl" in Welsh, hoewever, "ll" has a different sound. All the scenes in the show were shot twice by the way, once in English and once in Welsh so it could be broadcast on the Welsh language channel in the UK.

 

Did anyone catch on to the symbol at the beginning of each episode of Ozark?

Yes, they always foretold something interesting about the episode.
Pretty clever and not everyone catches it.

 

Holy hell...don't watch 2036 Origin Unknown. I need some heads to roll after I wasted 90 minutes on that one. Geezus.

 

The documentary about the Fyre Festival is mind blowing.

 

Given I knew from the beginning of the movie that everything was gonna go horribly wrong, but all I could think through the whole thing was this guy's full of shit.

 

The Voyager documentary was good. And as much as I hate to say it, Solo was the best Star Wars movie I've seen in a really long time.

 

If you like that, you will also like Hinterland. Same concept, only located in Wales.

Hinterland was good though, you could tell that something was going on throughout each series but it was only near the end that you realised the clues were there right from the first episode.

 

Have you seen Rogue One?
I like the grit in that one a lot better than Solo.

Yes, Rogue One was good; guess I forgot about that one since it's the only (other) good one since the originals.

 

Yep. Very cool idea, hints as to what that episode is about.

 

Polar, starring Mads Mikkelsen, comes out tomorrow.

While it is very clearly capitalizing on the John Wick craze (it is based on a graphic novel of the same name), it does look pretty intriguing. Rumor has it the violence is turned up to 11, though.....
