Hurry up and throw the book at this reach-arounder. They should put him and that 954stunna putz in a cell together with nothing but whisky and PCP and see how it plays out.

Never trust a dude named Trivillus...... Probably why he goes by Ty. What are the exact charges? Check fraud, mail fraud, grand theft, multiple counts thereof? With the number of Federal and state crimes he committed he could be in the pokey for quite a bit. We can only hope.

Trivillus has a circuit court trial set for November 7 for the felony charges in Norfolk.

Also has a circuit court trial scheduled for November 14 for the Hanover County charges.

Can VA request extradition? When he is caught in St Louis for the latest crime can they jail him, then send him to VA and fulfill his sentencing here?

Eh, depends. Usually thefts like that have a 300 mile radius. Since it appears he stolen so much, im sure theres another jurisdiction that will want him, then things should fall like dominos.

An up standing citizen could notify the great state of Virginia that this guy is currently in custody. A detainer could lodged against him Possibly run a national check to determine if he's wanted elsewhere. We know police departments don't communicate with one another too well.

This dude seems like a serial theft.

    Just a thought.

Most if not all run a NCIC check. It really depends on if the out of state warrant is extraditable. IF that states doesn’t want to pick them up or pay to transport... they walk.

I hate thieves and get hit often enough in Long Beach, I wish someone would snuff him out.
